We ship from our warehouses located in Hong Kong and the United States. Your order will be fulfilled from the location closest to you whenever possible.

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing your order. Once shipped, estimated delivery time is:
- USA: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
Note: Delays may occur during peak periods, holidays, or due to customs clearance.
